Connect Addigy to Anzenna

Integrate Anzenna with Addigy to monitor your Apple device fleet, including device inventory, policy compliance, and security posture.

Prerequisites

  • Addigy owner or administrator access
  • Anzenna account
  • Ability to create API tokens in Addigy (requires the owner role)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Part 1: Sign In to Anzenna

  1. Go to app.anzenna.ai and click Continue with Google

Part 2: Open Addigy Integrations

  1. Sign in to your Addigy dashboard at app.addigy.com

  2. In the left sidebar, click Account, then select Integrations from the popup menu

Click on Account, then Integrations

Part 3: Create a New API Token

  1. On the Integrations page, click the API & Webhooks tab

  2. Under the Addigy API section, copy the Org ID shown beneath the title — you will need this in Anzenna

  3. Make sure the V2 tab is selected (V1 is deprecated), then click New API Token

  1. Return to Anzenna and go to Settings

  2. Click Integrations

  3. Locate Addigy in the integrations list and toggle it on

  4. Enter the Org ID you copied from Addigy

  5. Enter the API Token you copied from Addigy

  6. Click Save to complete the connection

You are all set!

Anzenna is now connected to Addigy and will begin syncing your Apple device inventory.

Troubleshooting

Invalid Credentials Error

  • Confirm the Org ID and API Token were copied without surrounding whitespace or line breaks

  • Verify the token is still listed in Addigy under Account > Integrations > API & Webhooks

  • If the token was lost, delete it in Addigy, create a new one, and update the value in Anzenna

No Devices Appearing

  • Confirm the token has the View Devices permission enabled

  • Initial sync can take a few minutes — check back after 5–10 minutes

  • Re-toggle the integration in Anzenna to retrigger an immediate sync
