Connect Atlassian to Anzenna

Integrate Anzenna with Atlassian to monitor activity across Jira and Confluence. A single Atlassian connection covers both products; the configuration below scopes the Jira projects, issues, priorities, and labels Anzenna monitors.

Prerequisites

  • Atlassian administrator access
  • Anzenna account

Step-by-Step Instructions

Part 1: Sign In to Anzenna

  1. Go to app.anzenna.ai and click Sign in with Google

Part 2: Connect to Atlassian

  1. In Anzenna, click the Atlassian connection link

  1. Click Connect application in Atlassian

Click on Connect application
  1. Choose the Jira site you want to connect (if you have multiple)

  1. [Optional] Expand the permissions to review them

Expand the permissions requested to review them
  1. Click Accept to grant Anzenna access

Click on Accept

Part 3: Configure Jira Settings in Anzenna

  1. Return to Anzenna and click on the Jira configuration dialog

  1. Choose the projects to include in monitoring

  1. Wait a few seconds for the connection to complete

You are all set!

Anzenna is now connected to Atlassian and will begin monitoring your selected Jira projects, priorities, and labels.
