Connect Freshservice to Anzenna

Integrate Anzenna with Freshservice so that detection notifications are delivered as Freshservice tickets. Once connected, you can configure any detection to automatically open a ticket in your Freshservice instance when it fires.

Prerequisites

  • A Freshservice account with administrator access

  • Your Freshworks organization domain (the <your-org>.myfreshworks.com subdomain)

  • Anzenna administrator access

Step-by-Step Instructions

Part 1: Open the Integrations Page

  1. In Anzenna, click Settings in the left navigation, then select Integrations.

Navigate to Settings then Integrations in Anzenna
  1. Find Freshservice in the list of integrations.
