Connect Netskope to Anzenna

This guide walks you through creating a Netskope service account with the required API permissions and connecting it to Anzenna for security event and analytics monitoring.

Prerequisites

  • Netskope administrator access
  • Access to the Anzenna platform

Step-by-Step Instructions

Part 1: Create a Service Account in Netskope

  1. In Netskope, create a Service Account using RBACv3. Follow the steps below. Note: Netskope has deprecated the old API token generation process — all new and migrated tenants must create API tokens through Service Accounts.

  1. Assign the required functional roles to the service account. Only Events & Analytics is needed for the Anzenna integration.

  1. Confirm the permissions for Events & Analytics are set correctly.

  1. Copy the API Token and your Tenant URL — you will need both for the Anzenna setup.

Copy the API token immediately after creation. It may not be shown again.

Part 2: Connect Netskope in Anzenna

  1. In Anzenna, go to Settings > Integrations and search for Netskope.

  1. Enter your Tenant URL and API Key, then save.

Netskope is now connected to Anzenna. Anzenna will begin ingesting security events and analytics from your Netskope tenant.
